I always look forward to my massages with Tamara! She is an awesome massage therapist in so many ways. Tamara always asks how I've been feeling to provide more focused massages according to my body's needs. For example, when I twisted my ankle and it was swollen, she spent a few minutes longer on my ankle to promote blood flow to the area. And this is just one example cuz I'm always hurting in one area or another. She uses the exact amount of pressure I love and crave that leaves me feeling amazing every time. My muscles are more relaxed and I feel the every day stress/tension I carry on my shoulders is definitely lighter. Tamara is very a experienced massage therapist and has a great passion for her work.
